In the quiet countryside in the Southwest of Ireland, near the village of Ballydehob one will find a lovely little cottage with a wooden chapel close by. This is the home of Norman Symeon Collins, a reader in the Antiochian Orthodox Church and the meeting place of the Saint Phillip Antiochian Orthodox Mission.

Reader Symeon has set up a small cottage and conservatory attached to his home for use as a B&B. The cottage is in a partially wild garden, an ideal setting for those seeking solace from the hectic world.

The cottage provides many good books to read, as well as access to Ancient Faith Radio and Christian satellite TV. There are lovely places to walk in the neighborhood (about a ten minute walk from the village of Ballydehob), the sea is nearby (about 1km) with sailing opportunities.

Gougane Barra, the ancient monastic site is about a 40 minute drive, and there are many other early Christian sites close by as well.

Visitors are invited to join us for morning and evening prayer.

All are welcome who seek relaxation, peace and quiet.
